Everyday we encounter many difficult situations that we do not like. Since there is no way to stop this, we can change the way we respond to unexpected problems. Through learning Buddha’s wisdom advice on transforming adversity and gradually integrating it into our daily lives we can radically change our life for the better, learn to accept difficult situations with confidence and experience being free from problems every day of our lives.

Learn simple techniques that Buddhism offers to reduce and overcome our stress and frustration towards others, and thereby achieve positive and harmonious relationships with everyone.
Learn powerful meditations that enable us to be mindful of the kindness and good qualities of others allowing us to keep a mind of love, even when a relationship is difficult. The course will also introduce a special meditation that allows us to step into the shoes of another person and empathize with them, seeing the situation from the other person’s perspective. This meditation technique allows us to be more compassionate, understanding and patient with others, especially those that we find difficult.

Christmas can often be a challenging time, as we have put high expectations upon ourselves to make our holidays so perfect that they resembles a greetings card. However, this time often comes with many unique challenges such as making the perfect family dinner, keeping the children happy, and our in-laws entertained!
