Online Classes - Best Practices

The classes are live streamed at 7pm on Tuesday nights.   The best way to view the live streams is via a wired connection (an ethernet cable plugged into your laptop or PC) using Google chrome or Firefox internet browsers for best results, as live streamed classes often require a stable internet connection.

If you are having trouble viewing the stream live, then don't worry, the class will be uploaded to the website at the end of the class to view later, this should make the video easier to watch if you live in a rural area and suffer from a not-so-great internet connection.

You can sign in as a guest to the chat window to ask questions to the teacher; Gen Kelsang Tsangpa regarding the class content, the questions will be answered towards the end of the class.
