The Science of Happiness

In ordinary society, science is concerned with a systematic approach of observation and experimentation to understand the world around us. Buddha’s teachings show us how to understand the inner science of the mind. By gently training in the meditations that calm the mind, we gradually become more peaceful, confident, and happy. With this positive nature, we can bring true benefit to the world around us.

In this course, we will cover the scientific methods for training the mind taught by Buddha 2600 years ago to develop pure happiness.

This course is wonderful for any stage of your practice.
