Happiness and suffering are states of mind and so thier main causes are not to be found outside the mind. If we want to be peaceful and happy we must learn how to control our mind. Just as external paths lead us to external places, so internal paths lead us to inner spiritual realisations. In these classes we will be learning a special meditations that will lead us to real peace and happiness, and how we can integrate our spiritual practice into our daily life.
Everyone is welcome.
