Staying Positive

Our mind has incredible power, to imagine and create things or to envision and bring about a better world. But it can also get stuck in the same mental patterns or just not being able to simply relax and feel at peace. Meditation is a tool that we can all use to transform our mind, from confusion to clarity, from doubt to confidence, from mental tension to radiance and joy. Each evening will include basic Buddhist teachings on our mind, guided meditation and time for Q&A.

This course will be available IN-PERSON and will also be live-streamed from KMC Plymouth, on Thursdays, 2nd-16th of December of from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. Each class, within the course, will be available to watch on replay for 5 days after the class goes live.
