This course welcomes all levels of experience!
This course will take place in-person at KMC Plymouth on Tuesdays from the 3rd to the 24th of November, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Each class comprises of talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Tsangpa. The course will also be available to watch online live and on replay for 5 days after the event.
