Meditations for Healing in Plymouth

TUESDAYS    7 PM – 8:30 PM

Tuesday June 21st
Tuesday June 28th

Our mind is the most powerful creative force there is. It is widely known that our state of mind affects our health and well-being.  But do we understand how powerful our mind actually is in creating our experience of pain and peace?

In this series of classes Kelsang Drolkar will share ancient yet practical meditations for healing our body and mind that come from the compassionate practice called Taking & Giving. This practice helps us to purify negative karma, through which we can find new levels of healing for both ourselves and others.

Everyone is welcome.
