Learn simple techniques that Buddhism offers to reduce and overcome our stress and frustration towards others, and thereby achieve positive and harmonious relationships with everyone.
Learn powerful meditations that enable us to be mindful of the kindness and good qualities of others allowing us to keep a mind of love, even when a relationship is difficult. The course will also introduce a special meditation that allows us to step into the shoes of another person and empathize with them, seeing the situation from the other person’s perspective. This meditation technique allows us to be more compassionate, understanding and patient with others, especially those that we find difficult.
This course will be available IN-PERSON and will also be live streamed from KMC Plymouth, on Tuesdays, 2nd-23rd of November, from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. Each class, within the course, will be available to watch on replay for 5 days after the class goes live.
