Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we have temporarily suspended our in-person classes to help with social distancing efforts. During this time our classes and courses are being offered as Livestream events. All events are streamed directly from our peaceful meditation room in Plymouth and are available to anyone in Devon and Cornwall.

The streams will be embedded within our website so you can view them with any device, tablet, phone, smart TV or computer without having to download any additional software or apps. You'll receive an email an hour before the class begins with a link, simply click it and you will be taken directly to the stream page.

About 30 minutes after the class the livestream will be replaced with a video of the class. This video will remain available to watch on-demand for the next 5 days.
