In this series of meditation classes you will learn how to identify with your highest spiritual potential and how, through practicing six traditional meditations taught by Buddha, you can bring abundant joy and peace into your life. These meditations (known as the ‘six perfections’) are steeped in Buddhist wisdom and are perfectly suited to modern life – helping us to build a foundation of inner peace within our busy and often stressful lives.

The Teacher

Andy presents the teachings and meditations in an inspiring yet practical way. He is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives, to help both ourselves and everyone around us.

LISKEARD AT LISKERRETT COMMUNITY CENTRE, VARLEY LN, LISKEARD

This course will be available IN-PERSON , on Wednesday evenings.
Each class comprises of a talk and two guided meditations.
At the end of the class you will have a chance to ask questions.

These are drop in classes so just come along at any time.

Our mind is the most powerful creative force there is. It is widely known that our state of mind affects our health and well-being.  But do we understand how powerful our mind actually is in creating our experience of pain and peace?

In this series of classes Heide will share ancient yet practical meditations for healing our body and mind that come from the compassionate practice called Taking & Giving. This practice helps us to purify negative karma, through which we can find new levels of healing for both ourselves and others.

Learning to become good natured is the answer to all our problems. In this course learn practical meditations and mind training skills to keep a positive mind of loving kindness in all situations. If we learn to cherish others then we can gradually create the world we long for. Harmony and love, it’s what we all need!
