Life After Death
This Half-day course will take place in-person and online at KMC Plymouth on Saturday the 11th of September
In our society, death and dying are often perceived as inherently negative topics of conversation and are often shrouded in confusion, grief and suffering. However, Buddhism offers a completely different perspective based on a profound understanding of the process of dying, the meaning of death, and what we can do to protect ourself and help others during such a critical passage in our life.
During this day class, Kelsang Drolkar will help us come to terms with our own mortality and transform death into a liberating experience.
The class will be streamed live in 4K over the internet from the serenity of KMC Plymouth’s new meditation hall so that you can follow along at home.
There is also a chance to submit any questions during the event, a selection of which will be answered towards the end of the class.
The course comprises two sessions and includes guided meditations, the first session starts at 10:00 am and finishes at 11:15 am, followed by a 45-minute break we will then have a second session from 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the teacher. The course will also be available to watch online live and on replay for 5 days after the event.
