Stress is a common problem. Although the festive period is marketed as being a time to rest, relax and enjoy ourselves in the company of others, for many people it can be an extremely stressful time of the year! Stress is the cause of many of our problems. It undermines our health, happiness and peace of mind and prevents us from enjoying our life to the full. In this course discover how meditation, combined with a change in perspective on life, can enable us to remain calm at Christmas and all year round. Everybody welcome!

James presents Buddha’s teachings and meditations in an inspiring yet practical way. He is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives, to help both ourselves and everyone around us.
Where: Room 1, The Parkhouse Centre, Ergue-Gaberic Way, Bude
This course will be available IN-PERSON , on Tuesday evenings, each class comprises of a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class you will have a chance to ask questions to the teacher.
