In our daily lives, we can’t avoid problems and challenges but we can increase our capacity to recover from them quickly and to deal with them more effectively. Sometimes even small challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed and depleted.
On this course we can learn practical methods that everyone can use that enable us to stay focused, centred and in control. Then we can meet the difficulties we encounter without the intense and often angry reactions that can arise. Instead of feeling in conflict with our daily challenges we can begin to meet them with a lighter, more positive and happier state of mind. Everyone is welcome.

10-11.15am: Teaching and meditation
11.15am-12pm Break
12-1.15pm: Teaching, meditation and Q&A
At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the teacher.

 
 

The Teacher

Kelsang Drolkar is the resident teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Plymouth. She is a joyful and dedicated practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. She has been ordained as a Buddhist nun for four years. When teaching, Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart.


This course will be available in-person and online. 

Online classes will be available to watch on replay for 5 days after the class.
