Week 1 – CLARITY

This class will explore the techniques we can use right away to reduce anxiety, stress and tension. The focus will be on improving our clarity of mind and creating an inner buffer to absorb challenging situations through simple breathing meditation techniques.

Week 2 – GO

Learn techniques for letting go of the past and creating the space for inner growth and development. We all carry with us baggage from previous experiences, limiting views of ourself and those around us. Discover easy to apply methods to let go of these and create a brighter future.

Week 3 – STRONG

Understand how to develop inner strength and boost your self-esteem by harnessing the power of appropriate attention. Explore how to gain mastery over your own attention to focus it on positive and realistic views which build you up rather than tear your confidence down.

Week 4 – EVOLVE

Draw together insights gained from the previous classes and assimilate them into a positive vision of yourself for the future and learn how to gradually progress towards this goal based on an understanding of our inner potential for spiritual growth and development.

This 4-week online course will look at how to use Kadampa Meditation techniques to transform our mind so that we are stronger, more positive, centred and calm.

This course will be live-streamed from KMC Plymouth on four Tuesdays in April. Each class comprises of a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the teacher. Each class will also be available to watch on replay for 5 days after the event.
