The empowerment is a sublime guided meditation through which we develop a relationship with the Buddha of compassion, Avalokiteshvara and to a beautiful optimistic vision of possibility and transformation in which we receive and radiate love, compassion and wisdom.
Through imagination, guided meditation and blessings, we feel personally empowered to become the person we wish to be, to progress towards our own enlightenment.
This event is suitable for anyone wanting to draw closer to Buddha and their spiritual potential. Everyone welcome!
The Teacher
Kelsang Drolkar is a joyful and dedicated practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. She has been ordained as a Buddhist nun for four years. When teaching, Drolkar combines her diverse personal experience with practical insight and a warm heart.

3.30pm-4.30pm: Guided meditation
