Have you slipped into bad lock down habits?
In this course find out how to break out of those tricky habits! By using some simple meditation we can overcome tendencies that we have developed either over lock down or that we have had much for much longer. This course will present an essential toolkit for dealing with lockdown issues we all face as we prepare to emerge back into normal life.
Week 1 - Breaking the Cycle
Many of our bad habits arise from tendencies that we find it difficult to move on from. In this way we can keep ourselves locked into a cycle of repetitive behaviour. This class will look at how to break out of this cycle by learning to identify with our potential rather than our faults.
Week 2 - Stopping Selfishness
It's easy to fall into the trap of doing things our own way at our own time when we're locked down for months. This class will look at how we can gently get our mind to move on from this negative bad habit and begin to think of others instead. This is ideal if we're faced with the prospect of having to work with colleagues in the near future.
Week 3 - Overcoming Anger
You may have become accustomed to shouting at the TV screen or expressing your upset off-camera during group chats. This class will look at how we can constructively deal with feelings of upset and unhappiness without it boiling over into anger and frustration.
Week 4 - Switching Off Stress
Stress comes in many forms, it may be an inability to stop thinking when you're trying to fall asleep, it may be fear of having to go back to work, it may be generalised anxiety about an uncertain future. This class will look at how we can deal with stress and stop worrying.
