Is it possible, in such an insecure world, to be free of anxiety? Yes, it is. The debilitating stress that often sweeps us up and destroys our enjoyment of life can be faced with calmness and wisdom. Grappling skilfully with life’s challenges is how we learn to live fearlessly.

Through Buddhist meditation, we can uncover the underlying causes of anxiety and learn how to let them go. Through training our mind we learn to approach seemingly fear-inducing situations with a sense of confidence and even enjoyment. This form of freedom gives our lives a great meaning.


This Half-day course will take place in-person at KMC Plymouth on Saturday the 26th of September. The course comprises of two sessions and includes guided meditations, the first session starts at 10:00 am and finishes 11:15 am, followed by a 45-minute break we will then have a second session from 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tsangpa. The course will also be available to watch online live and/or on replay for 5 days after the event.
