Authentic Self Confidence

Saturday 27th August | 10am – 1.15pm

Authentic self confidence comes from within and doesn’t depend upon what others think of us. In this meditation workshop we will learn to recognise and abandon negative states of mind that are the true causes of our suffering and problems. We all want to feel good about ourselves but, not understanding our true potential, we often feel inadequate and lack self-confidence. Developing self confidence is a mental skill that we can all learn and strengthen over time using meditation. By using special methods taught by Buddha we can gain deep, unchanging happiness and confidence, regardless of what is happening externally.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.

Everyone is welcome.
